The business plan is yours to keep, confidential, and ecords are kept by our company.You will have a non-disclosure agreement that will protect your proprietary concepts that we will help you develop. We’ll schedule our meetings and have them on secure collaboration platform WIRE, or zoom if your team prefers.
This service usually consumes about eight consulting blocks depending on your business.
Business Idea Evaluation
You have an idea for a business. You're not ready to splash out on a full business plan because you're not even sure if the idea is a good one. But you've been thinking about it for weeks, months, maybe years, and you just need a professional opinion.
If this sounds like you, then this service is the perfect solution. Via a video call, we meet, talk, and I will ask you a million questions about your business idea. (Okay, maybe only a thousand). You may not have answers to them all, which is fine, because my job is to help you discover both what you know and what you don't know. I will give you my feedback and together we will discuss ways your business idea and/or business model can be adjusted. (If you don't know the difference between business idea and business model, we will discuss that too).
As a former professor of Entrepreneurship, I tend to slide into teacher mode, and a whole lot of learning is jammed into our consultation. After the Zoom call, I will prepare a summary of our discussion.
Price: This will require one consulting session minimum. If your business requires more than one session we will discuss that during our sessions.

Just purchase a package and the work is done without having to hire your own employees for every single task. We employ virtual assistants ready to help at a moments notice!

In Person Services
We will send a consultant to you anywhere in the world to help set up your new operation, plan office culture, or sharpen your current business methods hands on. These services can include lifestyle coaching to ensure that your business integrates into you and your associates lives. Prices based on time and travel expenses payment to be made as needed by purchasing consulting sessions.
